| Joan Schramm, M.A. Who am I? My name is Joan Schramm and I used to be right where you are now. I would go home from work sometimes literally shaking with rage over the behavior of my boss. The Workplace Solutions Program is full of practical solutions you can put to use immediately. You’ll
